What costs should you expect? A system causes effort and costs. I share this opinion unreservedly. As a transport and logistics company with its own fleet of vehicles, there are many significant aspects to consider that influence the quality, the safety of your processes. An effective management system allows you to design, control and monitor these processes without disrupting the usual procedures or significantly increasing the effort. Finally, the low margins in the industry require finding ways and measures to avoid wasting resources and to be particularly efficient in achieving the desired goal. At the end of the day, you need to get more than just a marketing effect out of it.
Enclosed you will now find the offer negotiated with Tom Pagels for your valued consideration. Of course, we have made sure that the costs remain moderate, especially with regard to the combined introduction of quality management and GDP certification. This requires intensive cooperation from your side, as we hand over the prefabricated documents to you for processing.
My service for you lies in the technical consulting and the preparation of documents of the management system. You can help to design your system and should be well acquainted with it. My task is to ensure the transfer of know-how. This is accomplished in remote meetings, emails, phone calls – whatever you prefer.
I keep detailed performance records, which make the day, time and content of services rendered traceable at any time. You decide at any time of our cooperation which tasks I may perform for you. In this way you also have full cost control.
I charge my additional services in daily rates (8h), which are 1.250,00 € – shown in the offer as remote consulting.
Based on experience, you can assume that the additional consulting effort to the package price is about 1.5 – 2 consulting days until certification. However, this always depends on whether you delegate tasks to me or work on them yourself under my guidance in your company.
The costs of your future management or GDP system will gradually pay for themselves, be it through the number of orders won (or retained) or through better security, continuous improvement and avoidance of errors, minimized liability risks, more efficient processes or measures to retain knowledge in the company.
c) Payment methods
This is of course not a very popular topic, yet our experience in international cooperation makes it essential to find a mutually satisfactory solution here:
Once you have decided on a package (GDP, ISO9001 and GDP) and the other modules
(remote initial consulting, training and possibly an internal audit (remote) with report), we would combine them in one invoice and send it to you. Of the total amount shown there, approx. 30% would have to be paid in advance by you. The remaining fee would be paid in monthly installments over the duration of the project – we would be happy to find individual payment modalities that are more convenient for you.
My additional services provided in remote consulting would then be invoiced separately to you at the end of each month, combined with a 4-week payment period. The amounts involved here will affect you in a decisive way (as stated above). However, these should not exceed the 1.5-2 consulting days mentioned.
